Our Services

Monthly Financial Statement 

Each month we provide you with an income statement, balance sheet, comparison of current year to prior year results and summary of the last twelve months of results. We give you the tools to analyze your business and be more successful.

 Timely Preparation Of Payroll And Sales Tax Returns Timely

We prepare all monthly and quarterly payroll tax and sales tax returns. These include Forms 941, 940 and unemployment returns. We help you avoid costly penalties and stay out of trouble with the tax authorities. 

Unlimited Short Duration Consultation 

We will be happy to answer any tax or accounting questions you may have. You may call us, e-mail us or come by our office for a visit. We do not charge extra for these consultations because we want to encourage communication between us. It is through communication that we can save you money and help you succeed. 

 Tax Planning

Most important, we review your business and personal tax situation with you at least annually and give you tax advice.



 Free Pick-Up And Delivery Of Your Accounting Records 

We will visit your office each month to pick up your accounting records and delver the prior month's accounting records and deliver the prior month's financial statements. If you need your financial statements sooner, we offer ten-day turn over service for a small additional charge.

 Postage Pre-Paid And Pre-Addressed Mailers

If you cannot meet with our client service rep or arrange for a record exchange, we will provide a postage pre-paid mailer for your convenience. Now when was the last time you saw one of these?
